Cancellation and No-Show Policy*
I have read and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy.
Out of respect for your stylist, as well as other clients waiting to be scheduled, a 48-hour cancellation is required for all cancelling or rescheduling of appointments to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled service. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, however- Nothing will be charged on it when scheduling. This would only be used if the client 1.) doesn’t follow the 48 hour cancellation policy. 2.) no-shows for their appointment (in which case- the client is charged for the full service). Thank you for your respect and understanding.
